Open Positions
All positions are based at our Frankfurt am Main headquarters. We do not currently offer remote or hybrid arrangements for client-facing roles.
Supporting senior bankers on structured finance mandates across the DACH region and cross-border European transactions.
Responsibilities
Financial modelling and scenario analysis for asset-based lending and structured credit transactions
Preparation of transaction documentation, information memoranda, and client presentations
Coordination with legal counsel, lenders, and counterparties throughout deal execution
Ongoing monitoring and reporting for active mandates and portfolio positions
Contributing to the firm's research and market intelligence function
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in structured finance, leveraged finance, or a related discipline at an investment bank or advisory firm
Strong financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of asset-based lending structures, collateral frameworks, and credit documentation
Degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a leading university
Fluency in German and English; additional European languages an advantage
Working across M&A advisory and capital markets transactions, with responsibility for financial analysis, valuation, and deal execution support.
Responsibilities
Preparation of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and comparable transaction studies
Drafting of pitch materials, fairness opinion support documents, and board presentations
Conducting industry and company research to support transaction origination and execution
Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating with external advisers
Assisting in the preparation of engagement letters, fee proposals, and mandate documentation
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related advisory role
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel modelling capability
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
Degree in finance, economics, law, or a related discipline from a leading university
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Contributing to portfolio construction, investment research, and client reporting within the asset management practice.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Investment Committee with quantitative and qualitative research on asset classes, sectors, and individual securities
Preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client reporting materials
Monitoring portfolio performance, risk metrics, and compliance with mandate guidelines
Conducting macroeconomic and market research to inform asset allocation decisions
Assisting in the development of new investment strategies and product structures
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in asset management, investment research, or a related discipline
CFA designation or progress towards CFA preferred
Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with portfolio analytics tools
Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
Fluency in German and English; strong written communication skills
Leading the firm's global markets advisory practice, with a focus on fixed income, FX, and cross-border capital flows for institutional clients.
Responsibilities
Originating and executing global markets advisory mandates for institutional and corporate clients
Providing strategic advice on fixed income positioning, currency risk management, and cross-border capital allocation
Building and maintaining relationships with institutional counterparties, prime brokers, and banking partners
Contributing to the firm's research publications and market commentary
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm's business development activities
Requirements
10+ years of experience in global markets, fixed income, or a related discipline at a leading institution
Established network of relationships with institutional investors, corporates, and banking counterparties
Deep expertise in European fixed income markets, FX, and cross-border capital flows
Track record of originating and executing advisory mandates at Director or Managing Director level
Fluency in German and English; additional languages an advantage

Initial Screen
A member of the team will contact you within five business days to arrange a brief introductory call — typically 20–30 minutes — to discuss your background and interest in the firm.

Technical Interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a technical interview with a senior member of the relevant practice. This typically involves a case study or financial modelling exercise.

Partner Meeting
Final candidates meet with one or more partners of the firm. This is an opportunity to discuss the role in depth, ask questions, and assess mutual fit.

Offer
Successful candidates receive a formal offer letter within five business days of the final interview. We aim to make the process straightforward and respectful of your time.
